Well, here we are! Even though I've been out of school for a while, I always look forward to Autumn and the start of a new program year. No matter what may be happening around us, it's always a good idea to CELEBRATE and give thanks for some things we've learned in the last 3-6 months, and ANTICIPATE the months ahead with 2-3 SMART goals. Every 6 months or so, I have my students set some goals for themselves for encouragement and focus. Have a look at my handout, and see if it's helpful to you in your musical, or other, goals.
